Par contre personne à la réception lors de mon arrivée à 15h alors qu'il est affiché partout que la réception est ouverte de 7h à 19h, deux numéros de téléphone sont affichés sur la porte et aucun d'eux ne répond. Un client de l'hôtel m'a finalement ouvert parce que je tapais à la porte et la réceptionniste est venue 10 minutes plus tard pour la remise des clés "

We were allocated a bedroom on the 4th floor with a rooftop terrace which was a lovely surprise. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and of a nice design."
