"We were greeted immediately and warmly by a wonderful gentleman who we look forward to seeing each time we visit. He assigned us to Room 737 which was a beautifully appointed room with a fantastic view. The staff (everyone) was amazing and we enjoyed a great stay. Thank you!"

"The hotel needs to maintain the room. There was a leak from disposer. We cannot adjust the temperature of the room. We cannot fill the hot water in the tub because something is wrong with the seal."
