The lobby and common areas are very nice. However rooms are dated. Hotel is very clean and staff very friendly My only real complaint is there was a dog in room next to us. Animals should be in a separate area, for sanitary purposes. I wouldn’t want to sleep in a room after a dog was in there. It was a pit bull, so not a service animal.

We stayed for a long time -- over two weeks. The front desk was very helpful when we needed some help extending our stay. Dining room staff very friendly. Parking is supper easy and included. Good location and I got a decent rate at Expedia. My room was huge and had a side chair with ottoman which I wasn’t expecting. Breakfast which was included was also good- better than typical buffet breakfast and staff were super friendly (is that just Pittsburgh?). The only issue I had was that my door key kept losing the link to open door. Problem got fixed quickly - must have been a bad card. Will likely return there when visiting my mother.
