The property was clean, staff was helpful and our stay was pleasant. The only issue I had was the freezing temperature they kept all the common areas. It's very convenient to anything you might want or need as far as shopping, food or transportation goes.

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful.. fresh, varied, well presented. The host/chef was so accommodating. Also there was one young concierge desk male employee working at 9:30 pm who walked me to an elevator when the lobby elevator was broken.

The lobby is beautiful however the rooms are dated. Only one working elevator another guest told me the second elevator has been down for months. Most of the staff was excellent especially the bar and breakfast service. We had a very rude housekeeper.
