It’s a reason it’s cheap

The hotel needs renovations looks like it used to be a Marriot and they didn’t want to renovate so they sold it to somebody who has no hotel experience. It was cheap, actual room was ok. Breakfast, pool, phone, Wi-Fi, customer service, cleanliness was not working closed unavailable broke or disgusted.

The hotel was abandoned and I flew to Pittsburgh with my son for a Steelers game to find that we had no where to stay , I blame Expedia since they are who I went through for this tragedy, they have also done nothing to help or rectify us being stranded in a city that I did not know for two days !!

The Service & Conditions at this Property leaves A LOT to be desired! There was no Hot Water or Service to repair the problems with the room.

Front desk staff is not helpful and not friendly. Hotel looked to be renovated inside but lots of water damage, peeling wallpaper etc. broken down old corvette in the parking lot
