Hotels.com messed up our reservation at The Central Downtown Inn & Suites by not confirming with the hotel whether there were enough of the right kind hotel room we needed. The hotel manager, Carmen, was great and apologetic for Hotels.com's mistake, but she couldn't do anything about it.
Hotels.com did make other arrangements for us at another hotel that worked out for our stay, but the initial anxiety created by their mistake was not enjoyable, especially when we had a newborn that needed to be fed and had to be breast-fed in the car
