Had an issue with a smoke smell in the bathroom when we first checked it but the gentleman working the desk at night was super helpful and resolved the issue quickly and pleasantly. Pool was nice and they offered food service which was an added bonus. The ladies working at the bar/restaurant were wonderful too. They have great people working at this location, would return just for the ease and pleasure of interacting with all of them.

This was a great hotel for our needs. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had nice soaps provided but for some reason we had a whirlpool tub, which was awkward to get into to just take a shower.

The property and staff were great. We did have 2 issues. The room was very big with high ceilings so the through the wall under the window AC was not enough to properly cool the entire room. It was cooler outside at 11:00an than in the room. Second, the property is literally beside rt 495. We were fine and slept quite well on a very comfortable king size bed. However, if you’re a lite sleeper the road noise will keep you awake

My wife and i were in New York for an extended stay and this Best Western was absolutely amazing. It is on the service road but you don’t hear the highway noise once inside the hotel. The staff was so friendly and the place was spotless. This is a real find and so close to restaurants. It made out stay that much nicer.
