"The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Pamela welcomed us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The front desk booked us in at Selvantura for ziplining and hanging bridges. Also booked us in for both a night tour and coffee tour with a small group operators. They knew us by name. Great staff! The presentation and service was just above average. The staff attempted to address the issues and I would recommend giving it another try. "
