The Family runs the hotel and they were the nicest people ever. Very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area in terms of activities as well as places to eat if you're interested in local cuisine, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit MonteVerde for a true, local experience. "Room is ok, wish they had some counter space to put out stuff, they just had a small standalone sink and a bench next to it. Great location, cozy little hotel. Love the “reading” area right outside of our rooms, felt like a living room :-). This place is very windy, was waken up a few times because of the wind, but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. "
