"The room was spotless,well furnished with a decent size balcony. Toiletries are provided however although there was a fridge it was not a mini bar and no bottled water was provided. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. There are 3 separate pools plus a baby/small children pool. There are numerous sun beds available however more sun umbrellas would improve the experience and some certainly need upgrading. Breakfast was excellent,wide and varied choice. In some places the Hotel would benefit from some fresh paint such as the terrace woodwork at the restaurant,the toilets at the pool. Spa facility excellent."

"The highlights of our stay were definitely the food, with both breakfast and dinner being excellent. The large swimming pools with warm water were another fantastic feature and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The hotel has made some great improvements, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having wine glasses in the room and enough amenities provided for all guests. The entertainment throughout the day was absolutely amazing, with plenty to keep everyone entertained and create a lively atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the food, facilities, entertainment, and hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday."

"A ground level pool side apartment in a lovely clean gated complex. Staff were very accommodating The complex is situated away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and a hire car is advisable to get around and stock up for food etc. The pool was clean and inviting and was a delightful sun trap."

"We have enjoyed relatively good stay. What were disadvantages - address is not written in full in property description. If you are not lucky as we was and get a taxi from airport (the driver was in his late 60s, to early 70s, so expected to be familiar with the area, or at least knows how to use his phone for directions) but he was none of this. The driver kept giving voice instruction to his mobile with name of the street and Mogan, so we got on the way to Mogan, and had to go around and around, the driver was asking his colleagues how to get to Palmera and finally the third one gave him right instructions. We did try to help, but unfortunately the driver did not speak and did not understand English, so we ended up paying more money for taxi. If the hotel management will read this message, please do add to address Patalavaca, before Mogan. Second disadvantage was the hot water, it is 25l boiler, and if you are more than 2 you should wait at least 20 min after one taking shower to be able to rely on hot water. Staying at deluxe flat with pool access could be both - advantage and disadvantage, depends on what type of neighbours you will get - some can be very noisy, sitting on the pool stairs just in front of the living area door, swimming and playing in the pool after 8PM."
