"Great stay, would highly recommend"

"Hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly. Hotel was very clean apart from cat poo smell by the lifts which is not their fault as they look after the stray cats there. Hotel room was so lovely with balcony with green grass and facing the pool, I felt very lucky to have the room although I paid for the cheapest with Expedia Vitality discount. I enjoy sitting on the balcony reading as I like my space, felt perfect. My only dislike, and pet hate are buffets where people are fighting for the food. I went to the buffet helping my 80 year old mother that can not walk well or see well. People were pushing. I hated going to dinner and found myself regretting going half board. The restaurants by the beach are only 10 min walk with fresh fish and drinks and wonderful service. The hotel needs to do something about the buffet, one reason I would not go to that hotel again. But I would consider Cordial self catering apartments. "

We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark to anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria. "It was our long term holiday at this property. Big thanks to the animation team. The guys were brilliant and funny and children were always taken care of in terms of having fun (hello Alfredo 🙂). The restaurant was very good with plenty food to chose from. The bar tenders were so nice and accommodating everyone with big smile and friendliness. The receptionists were friendly too. The only problem in this property are constantly broken elevators, so we must have gone around in most of the times. In general we had a great time, so we will be happy to return to this hotel in the future. Thank you!"

"Excellent stay, I thought that the hotel was superb with friendly staff. The spa was included which I also thought was an added bonus, as was the mini bar. My only comment would be that the key system to the rooms was somewhat inconvenient as they would deactivate if ever close to your phone or bank cards requiring you to walk back to reception. Also the gate to the pool was in an inconvenient position as you need a key to access the toilets. Otherwise I cannot fault the stay. "
