"Hotel was beautiful and in the best location! The pier for tour pickup is right out front and everything is within walking distance. Max greeted us at check-in and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast was great and filling, with an amazing rooftop view. The only negatives were: we had confirmed hotel pick-up, however no one was there when we arrived. I think just a miscommunication using the chat feature. The water pressure in the shower was low with no hot water, which was no biggie for us, but maybe a deal breaker for others. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The room at this hostal/hotel was incredibly spacious. The reception staff was very helpful and speaks both English & Spanish. The breakfast space and reception area was very well decorated and comfortable to hang out in. This location was great because it felt like it was not in the main square, but it was only a block away. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff is outstanding. It’s very close to town. It’s very close to any beach. It has a magnificent view from the dining area. Breakfast was delicious.Things that I wish it had would be at least a small pool. I highly recommend it"

"We only stayed one night, as we were making our way back to Quito. The hotel is lovely and the staff is even better! I can’t believe how much work they do…from taking care of your luggage to taking your order at dinner We also decided to have dinner there and it ws the best sunset venue’."
