Beautiful room but NOISY

The place was clean and room was very pretty. We didn’t realize we were supposed call 48 hours prior to get codes to access the building and room. An email to let us know would have been nice because we showed up with no way to get in. The room was kept very clean, AC worked well and had all toiletries needed. I would suggest adding some hooks to hang towels and bathing suits as there were none. But the biggest problem was the noise. This building is set far back from 5th so we thought it would be fine but the music and even cars passing by on the street felt like the room was sitting directly outside. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this place. It was wildly loud at all times of day but especially 8pm on.

Le lugar es bonito, confortable, tiene lo necesario para una estancia como en casa, todo como lo muestra en las fotos. Esta a dos cuadras de la calle principal. Es bueno para cuando el plan es ir a conocer los parques. El anfitrion esta atento de que nada te falte y super amable. Solo recordar que hay que contactar a la persona una vez hecha la reservacion para que te de un codigo de acceso al edificio y a la habitacion. No apto para un viaje con niños, ya que la regadera tiene un cristal grande donde no habria privacidad. Un viaje en pareja es ideal. Seria una opcion a mi regreso a playa del carmen.

I loved that the property was close to everything, there were many restaurants, bars, and the beach all within walking distance. It was completely safe at anytime of the day, playa in general was full of life and had plenty to do. The hotel was clean the staff was extremely nice and helped out with questions I had in regards to good food nearby or where to go to travel to conzumel etc. Established a way to reach out to staff through multiple channels of communication. Only small suggestion was to have more than one roll of toilet paper available. We stayed for 3 nights and were pleased with our stay. Also no elevator on premises, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

What a wonderful stay in an amazing location with such a brilliant coincerge Luis and the entire staff. The apartment is so modern and lush with the latest gadgets - fully equipped kitchen ( TFAL pots and pans), microwave, full fridge and coffee maker with some amazing coffee( I am picky about my coffee and this was delicious). King size bed, sectional sofa which was great to sleep on. Smart TV that has netflix, phone to make international calls, beach towels and daily housekeeping.. It was an absolute dream steps away from Ave 5, bus station and collectivos. Some things to consider- the shower is huge with a rainforest head but there is no door to close off - it feels you are in the rainforest. So there will need to be some navigating about who is in what space for privacy. We loved it so much we extended our stay. We were there over Xmas and got pleasant suprise! A relaxing and warm welcome. Thank you again to Louis for being there to answer all of our questions, offer advice and suggestions! We will definitley be back.

I travel throughout Mexico quite often, THIS PLACE IS GREAT! The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. The bed is so comfortable, I loved everything about this place. I will be back back. I left this hotel on Christmas Eve and the management was kind enough to give me a present on my way out. So considerate. STAY HERE, you won’t regret it. Thanks again!

Great for Couples

The apartment was great. Very modern and in a very safe and prime location in playa del carmen. Only negatives were that there was no sign (so make sure you make contact with someone and schedule an exact time of arrival) and also there was no door on the shower so I wouldn't recommend to anyone other than couples (at least the room we stayed in). The apartment was clean and the bed was super comfy. The manager Luis was very friendly and nice and we had a great stay!

We booked this place only for one night but this is definitely the best Condo I've ever stayed at, perfect location super close to 5th Avenue, restaurants, super market etc. we were renting a car and the private parking spots out in front were perfect for us, everything in the apartment was super clean and new. Beto is such an amazing host, genuinely thoughtful, very friendly and he gave us the best recommendations, highly recommended!

My girl friend and I loved the apartment, we were skeptical cause this was a new Condo and we couldn't find other reviews but we did so right booking this place, the design is amazingly beautiful just as the pictures, the bed is super comfortable, great location as well, we would have loved to stay longer in Playa but we couldn't cancel our reservation in Tulum, we are definitely coming back!.
