Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen.

Bed rooms were quite large and had a small patio access with a view of town. The other patio to oversee the property was quite large. Loved having a washer & dryer and full kitchen set up. Location of property was perfect, just several steps to the beach and several steps the other direction to the town. Condo had nice little extras like many books, a docking station, golf clubs, inner tubes for the water, etc.

Property has a pretty aesthetic with the two pools out front. Secured entrance with guard out front. Our 2 bedroom condo was spacious and great for our family of 5. Communication with the prop rental rep could’ve been better. Had to constantly reach out to get my questions answered but they eventually were and we only got1 key instead of 2. Property is 1 block from 5th Ave w shopping and restaurants and night life. So there’s a great mix of everything. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

The place it has ina great location, the facilities are excellent. Will stay there again. The only thing was a little smell of humidity in the apartment otherwise great place to stay!!

We had 2 bedrooms which meant privacy for mom and dad. We had full kitchen, living room and dining room. Very safe only the people staying could access. It had a pool and excellent location, few yards from the beach and few yards from la quinta avenida

Great pool and view!

We enjoyed the pool every day, and enjoyed the condo as well. It was a great location - just a block off 5th, and was great for our family.
