"I’ve stayed here many times, and there always seems to be some kind of issue — TVs not working properly, weak Wi-Fi, backed up toilets, leaking showers, jacuzzi heat not functioning correctly, loose door knobs, and towels so old and overused they felt like sandpaper. I never complained before because I tried to be understanding. This time during checkout, I was accused of causing blood stains on the comforter and making a towel “muddy.” The towel was placed on the floor because water leaks outside the shower and I was trying to prevent slipping and falling. Instead of addressing the ongoing maintenance problems, the focus became blaming the guest. They originally wanted to keep a $20 deposit. I told them to just keep $40 — they probably need it more than me. What bothered me most was being questioned and charged after sleeping with stained bedding and dealing with recurring maintenance issues despite spending thousands staying here over time. Very disappointing experience overall."

"They miss placed my driver's license and it took an entire day of f being consistently asking for it or a solution, at the end it was found but it made my trip stressful and couldn’t enjoy it totally…. Other than this, stay was ok"

"Unfortunately the pool was out of service. I did a filtered search for properties with pools and hot tubs and guess what Grand Hotel came up. I have stayed here before but so the search in case a new hotel opened up. Well here we go I booked did not let me.know that even though it does have a pool it would be out of service. Booooo do better both Expedia and Grand Hotel do better"
