"I was looking forward to my stay here and planned to relax and enjoy the views. Unfortunately my room was next to a big party at the premises, I wish they could have told us. They should not give rooms literally next to a big tent party that went on for many hours through the night. I felt more tired than relaxed after I left. Dont Don’t do this to your guest, at least warn them or give them a further room."

"I would not recommend staying at Real Inn Tijuana. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The hotel felt extremely outdated, run down, and had an unpleasant smell throughout. The rooms did not match the photos shown online, which was misleading. The beds were very uncomfortable, and overall cleanliness was a major concern—there were issues with dirty conditions, including mold in the bathroom and on the floors. The staff was also not welcoming or helpful, which made the experience even worse. Customer service goes a long way, and that was clearly lacking here. The only positive was that there is a Starbucks right outside the hotel, which was convenient. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. There are many better options in Tijuana for the price. I would not stay here again and would strongly advise other travelers to look elsewhere."

"Toilet ran all night even after they fixed it, only 2 small bath towels available but 2nd day got a hand towel. Elevators broke down but after awhile had 2 running for whole building so spent alot of time waiting or had to take stairs. No air conditioning and partial ocean view was a small corner of the beach half mile away. Breakfast was the same everyday- beans, chilaquiles, eggs, vegetables and coffee that’s it. On the upside, location was one block from beach."
