"Very friendly and helpful front desk.

"The hotel overall was great. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little old & plain. We did observe portions of the hotel closed for refurbishing. The breakfast & dinner were excellent. Including entertainment from the monkeys. The staff was wonderful especially Kevin the cart driver. He always seemed to be present when needed. "

Room was very clean, facilities well kept and the atmosphere around the pool/bar/restaurant very peaceful and beautiful! "This property is walkable distance to the entry to the big national park. It’s not their fault, and at night, at four in the morning, there were howler monkeys, making little growling sounds. We had the loft apartment which is above the reception area with a spiral staircase, its own kitchenette, a fair amount of room. Felt safe, had beach access. "
