"We stayed here one night before our Camino de Santiago Journey. Hotel is very close to Puerta del Sol. We walked everywhere. Room is very clean with good amenities. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet good spread. Will definitely stay here again if return to Madrid."

"Good location, with a 15 minute walk into the heart of Madrid and where all the shops and restaurants are. However, there are many other shops and cafes en-route. The hotel is clean, has a good vibe and classic rooms are fairly decent size. The gym is small but serves the purpose, the adjacent swimming pool is small (did not use it) and is adjacent to the deck chairs in a pleasant sun area. Nearby public transport is excellent, within easy reach and allows you to reach various ends of Madrid within about 30 minutes or so."
