Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia City Avenue

10/10 Excellent

"Just there for an overnight stay but Crystal at the reception desk couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. Happy hour with Michele who worked circles around the bar and restaurant managed to keep that place humming. Will be making another overnight soon and will definitely be booking at the Courtyard."

The Study at University City

10/10 Excellent

"The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the room felt fresh and inviting. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Closets and luggage stands are non-existent! Good luck spreading your stuff out on the floor!"

"Clean"

The Windsor Suites

10/10 Excellent

"Location was perfect for our last minute plans to visit the city, Obviously anywhere in tPhiladelphia is going to be expensive but we felt this hotel was a good value. Centrally located near Love Park we could walk to Independence Hall, City Hall, Reading Market as well as many locations on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway (if we had time ,only stayed 1 night). They allowed us to park (valet only) and check our bags prior to check in. Our room was clean and updated. The roof top infinity pool and lounge area was very nice. The pool was too cold for most people to swim in even though it was supposed to be heated (late Sept.). Still we would stay here again."

4211 Suites

10/10 Excellent

"The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and more amenities than I expected. Great value. The parking was expensive ($40) but convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue

8/10 Good

"I love staying at the Hilton on City Avenue!! One of my best choices of hotels. The staff are always kind & helpful. My room was perfect! My only dilemma was finding parking on the street. Take it from me…Please pay for parking or utilize valet."

Philly Inn & Suites

"Affordable clean room."

Patio Paradise Central City 2BR Philly

8/10 Good

"It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but comfortable enough. I was concerned about parking, but had no issues getting a spot at the end of the night."
