"This was a welcome change to our 2+ weeks in hotels. It was beautiful. Extremely comfortable and had every special touch you can imagine. We stayed in the Marble unit and the tub, toiletries, bed and window treatment/video screen were all divine! "
"It was a quick one night stop for us on our trip but very nice -comfy bed and streaming services on their smart TV so you could just log in and watch what you preferred!!
We had drinks at the bar and dessert -nice staff as well

"The bar, the breakfast and the room were all nostalgic, clean and comfortable. The meals we had there were delightful and homey. Not to mention how delightful the staff were! I definitely recommend, wish we could have stayed long and can't wait to visit again! "
"This was a lovely little cottage tucked up in the back very homey feeling we loved it and will definitely go back. The owner and the housekeeper were very helpful with everything and anything we needed."
"Pleasant small hotel adjacent to the Strathcarron Railway Station. Good friendly atmosphere in the bar, and a host who clearly cares that his guests have a good experience."

Palm trees line the shores of this Highland village where colourful fishing boats bob in a sheltered bay. Take a boat trip to spot seals and otters, then enjoy fresh seafood at the waterfront pubs.

Tingle Creek Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very glad that we chose the Tingle Creek Hotel. A small family run hotel that does everything right. From the warm welcome from the owner to the amazing breakfast with a view of the seaside. The rooms are clean and comfortable and are stocked with everything you need. This was an excellent spot to stay during our tour of the Isle of Skye. The owner was very happy to provide us with a map and some tips for visiting Skye. Thank you!!"
"I don’t often write reviews but feel compelled to here. After a long day of driving from Culloden, we hit the brunt of Storm Amy in the dark before we ever hit the Skye bridge. After what felt like a lifetime in 90+ mph winds we finally got to the hotel and felt like we were walking into a friends house. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They shuffled us over to the pub next door for a warm meal and a cold beer (the food is excellent), took our bags to our rooms for us, and checked in on us while the storm passed to make sure we were comfortable. They absolutely went above and beyond at every step. The next couple of days were incredible. Breakfast is top notch, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the location is amazing. We ate at the pub each night and they were some of the best meals of our trip. We will absolutely be back. "
"This was an outstanding place to stay primarily because of the warmth and outstanding hospitality of the owners/hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as can be!"
