"The staff at Kings Arms Hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of the experience. The breakfast was also decent and provided a good start to the day.
Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was disappointing. The room showed significant wear and tear, with damaged blinds that did not properly block the light, making it difficult to sleep. There were signs of poor maintenance throughout the room and bathroom, including mold/mildew in shower corners, worn fixtures, and general cleanliness issues around baseboards and door frames. The overall property feels dated and in need of refurbishment.
While the staff did their best and were pleasant to deal with, the condition of the facilities did not match what we expected. With some much-needed maintenance and updates, this could be a much better place to stay.
Would I stay again? Probably not, unless substantial improvements are made."
