"Hotel was very good but I have to say, my family got embarrassed during breakfast. I prepaid breakfast but the personnel who should have been at the front to greet people coming in were not there at that time. She eventually caught up and asked for my room number to which I replied back. After 1 minute or so, in the middle of the breakfast area, she says to me in a commanding and very audible voice 'No No No. . . You have not paid for breakfast'. And she does this that everyone in that room could hear. My family was embarrassed. She should me the list and there are the names of four of our family members. I expected more from this hotel as it gives an impression of professionalism at best. But I felt treated like a 'gate crasher'. Not professional enough for an international clientele. Needed more training. It is difficult for me to recommend this hotel to my friends because of such experience."

"Great breakfast and the pool on the second floor was a welcome amenity as it was quite hot during our stay in Seville. Only downside was the lack of gym equipment and a machine out of order for the whole time we were there. Location wise - a bit of a walk from the central area. So if you’re not comfortable walking 30 mins at least one way, I’d recommend using cabs regularly. "

"The apartment was fantastic with the one exception. One of the other guests was pounding loudly on their door for 45 minutes between 1 am and 1:45 am. I guess they came back, and were locked out and they were trying to wake up their partner. But they didn't. They woke up our entire family. I messaged the apartment host but never received any kind of response (even the following day)."

"Nice propriety close to old town(a bridge away) looks new or at least remodeled , modern but walls paper thin . You can hear neighbors conversation and maid cleaning next room early morning.Strange, at least, when in Europe walls are brick and mortar!?Anyway they are very nice and front desk has an amazing team day or night shift. We were there 4 nights and ALL the guys at the front desk were top notch. It felt like a 5 star hotel because of them. All and all recommended for a stay in beautiful Seville."

"Brilliant place to stay in Seville. Clean and safe. With a small kitchen we could prepare vegetarian meals easily and cheaply using local produce. Cleaning staff and reception were very good."
