Great Wolf Lodge Pocono Mountains, PA
Everything was fun and great until my family and i stopped at the Emporium to find a souvenir when i was over charged $84 for a paw pass which was not needed thought the total was alot but didnt realize until after we got home, 5 hrs away. Chateau Resort & Conference Center
The hotel is old and outdated which doesn’t bother me. But the front desk personnel were rude and condescending. I asked simple questions like how far to walk to the ski lodge and got rolling of eyes and an annoyed look. The entire experience was just very weird.
