The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. We had a whirlpool suite and the tub was quite old, clean but def needs replacing soon. We were very disappointed in the pool/hot tub. The overall accommodations were great! Definitely very kid friendly. Would recommend booking directly with the hotel especially if there marry be last minute changes. If booking with Expedia do not do split payments as you will not be able to make any changes to your reservation if that’s the case. ...

Chateau Resort & Conference Center
The hotel is old and outdated which doesn’t bother me. But the front desk personnel were rude and condescending. I asked simple questions like how far to walk to the ski lodge and got rolling of eyes and an annoyed look. The entire experience was just very weird.
