A estadia foi boa. Gostamos muito do local, acomodações, comidas, bebidas e atendimento dos funcionários. Aponto apenas falha na limpeza dos banheiros das áreas publicas. Muitos hóspedes para uso desses banheiros, deveria ter um sistema de limpeza contínuo. Os demais locais do hotel estavam limpos.

No início da estada tivemos alguns incidentes que estavam conspirando para nossos momentos serem horríveis. Vale a pena destacar a interferência positiva do Welington e do Luís, da equipe de gestão do hotel. Ao saberem dos incidentes fizeram de tudo para nossa estada ocorrer sem problemas. O que prometeram foi cumprido e só mostrou que uma boa equipe, antenada e com o poder de decisão torna momentos médios em incríveis e foi isso que vivemos. O Golden é espaçoso, com muitas opções de comida e de diversão. É, literalmente, um lugar para chegar-se e ficar lá por dias. Gostamos muito da cordialidade das equipes e da maneira com que fizeram para tornar nossa estada muito boa.

O resort é bom para crianças

No geral foi boa. A comida, embora farta e variada, é razoável. A bebida, no geral, é boa, mas os vinhos são horríveis. Só há uma piscina pequena para adultos e fica cheia de crianças. A música na piscina é sofrível. Só há um elevador para restaurante e piscinas. Os funcionários, sem exceção, são gentis e atenciosos.

Lugar muito gostoso para passar com a família (crianças ) pois há muitas atividades e entretenimento. As piscinas são excelentes, pois todas são climatizadas, além de de contar com sauna e piscina coberta. O buffet é completo e atende a todos os gostos. O quarto que pegamos era bem espaço e confortável, ponto negativo foi o vazamento no box/chuveiro. Outra coisa que pecou foi na agilidade e limpeza das mesas durante o pico das refeições, além de contar apenas com 1’elevador geral para todo o hotel. Embora tenha estes pontos o lugar é muito gostoso e recomendável. A comidae bebida são de boa qualidade.
