The hotel was situated in the heart of town. Easy access to downtown.Great views from the balcony.The food was exceptional! The staff was curious and friendly with many of them speaking English.

This property was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and it delivered exactly what it promised. My only shock was - the rooms did not have any AC due to the historic nature of the building but thankfully the fan that was provided was sufficient for the room. Overall I will visit this hotel again!

As it is a city heritage, I understand that it is an old building. I even like it. But it's expensive, unkempt and dirty. The shower was disgusting, the tiles never get clean. I will never recommend this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Grand but disappointing hotel

The hotel is an icon of Pocos de Caldas. Outside and inside it is beautiful. Therefore it really is such a pity that the hotel was disappointing. The rooms are OK - but probably in need of modernisation. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in the city. Service is a serious issue - some staff are great but others appeared to have a bad attitude - one even swore. Another issue with the hotel is the way it seems to make simple things difficult with lots of bureaucracy - at times it is painful. Bureaucracy is a fact of life in Brazil - but there were instances where the hotel took it to a new level. If the hotel improved its service it would make a huge difference because it truly is iconic and mostly beautiful

O Palace Hotel é um marco em Poços de Caldas. O café da manhã estava delicioso e com muita variedade. A única ressalva eh que não eh um hotel que está atualizado e com uma decoração charmosa. Apesar disso, sempre que vamos a Poços eh aonde ficamos devido a sua localização e a tradição.

Boa experiência, a visita guiada ao Cassino e a Suite de Getulio Vargas realmente foi muito interrssante. O que deixou o conforto a desejar foi a falta de ar condicionado nos quartos. O que nos oferecido foi um ventilador de chão, esperava um pouco mais sobre isso.

Hotel muito bonito e aconchegante!!

Hotel excelente! Alimentação ótima! Alguns Funcionários muito atenciosos e alguns que trabalham na recepção não são muito educados. A piscina excelente com água quentinha. Tudo ótimo, mas o chuveiro do quarto merece uma revisão urgentemente porque sai apenas um fiozinho de água demorando muito para conseguir tomar banho.

Hotel lindo, ambientes clássicos, extremamente bem localizado, staff educado e gentil. Os quartos, no entanto, oferecem muito pouco conforto. Não têm ar condicionado, nem mesmo ventilador de teto e os colchões deixaram a desejar, já muito ‘moldados’ pelo uso.
