Amazing and beautiful hotel

My husband was diagnosed with dengue fever during our stay and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Aline was great and very helpful with all the requests. Everyone was lovely. The breakfast has loads of options, parking was a great perk.

Clean and modern hotel

The hotel is very modern and in good condition. It does not feel like a holiday hotel - but in fairness I don't think the hotel claims to be. Also the breakfast buffet by Brazilian standards was quite limited. However when we stayed here, two of the other major hotels in the city centre were becoming notably worn and a little dilapidated so we came here to stay for something different. The Ibis Styles really is exceptionally modern, clean and in good condition throughout. I hope it gets well maintained and continues to be so after a few more years of being open. If you can do without having a swimming pool and you're OK with a fairly small room - then I would recommend this hotel - particularly if you want a room which is clean, modern and in a good state of repair.

Quarto com cheiro desagradável, sem toalha de rosto, frigobar vazio, sem copos, sem papéis para anotações. Café da manhã razoável, meia pensão fraca, sem a possibilidade de tomar um chá na ceia pois a máquina estava quebrada. Recepção com sofás sujos, mesas insuficientes já que o hotel estava lotado de adolescentes indomáveis, fato este que contribuiu para uma estadia desagradável onde não foi possível ter descanso.

Muito bom. Apenas o café da manhã que estava muito desorganizado. Como hotel estava cheio faltou estrutura para acomodar os hóspedes ,repor as comidas adequadamente ,limpar as mesas e louças sujas etc. O hotel deveria funcionar bem com pouca gente ou lotado.

Hotel confortável, ótima localização, com decoração temática que é admirável, funcionários muito atenciosos, estacionamento terceirizado porém no mesmo prédio o que facilita muito, café da manhã delicioso. Não fizemos a refeição do jantar pois no dia da estadia o hotel não oferecia, mas tinha a la carte. Minha única insatisfação foi com a reserva no qual foi de um quarto com cama de casal e sofá-cama porém me disponibilizaram um quarto para PCD que não tem box no banheiro. Para tomar banho tínhamos de puxar a água o tempo todo.
