The canal view room was stellar. The only thing that was less than ideal for us was the very firm, low bed. However, that may not be an inconvenience for other people. I highly recommend this hotel! "Overall the stay was satisfactory. Beds were/was terrible (my bed) to sleep on. Doors slamming all hours of the night. Floor in my room looked extremely dirty, staff weren’t overly friendly until checkout and I got one really sweet and kind lady. Made conversation seemed to genuinely care about asking where I’m going now. I will not stay in the future. The only thing I thoroughly enjoyed was the many places to sit and read. "

"We arrived late into the evening and were met by the nicest reception staff. They were really attentive and very helpful. Getting to the room it was basically brand new with how clean it was. More than enough utensils and plates needed for my trip. The property was quiet and lots of amenities available on site but also less than a five minute walk from a major public transportation hub (also a short journey time into centre) multiple supermarkets that are open until late and a big fridge to store them in. Bed was really comfy and wash room stocked with enough to last longer than we were staying. Would happily stay again "
