"I recently stayed at Landscape-Zakopane: Loftaffair in Zakopane, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The property is overrated, overpriced, and not well maintained. The bathroom ventilators were not working, and the rooms were uncomfortably small. Beds and mattresses are rock solids as from the stone-age. "Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. "Very nice hotel, great room, friendly staff, great breakfast - and we loved the little extra of the welcome bubbles that we could bring to our balcony. We only spent one night and would have loved to stay longer. Would stay there again for sure. "

"The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere."

"We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. Selection of food for breakfast was very good; during breakfast you chose food from 3 adults menu options and 2 kids menu options for the evening. Pool area for families was also very nice - our little one had a lot of fun! All in all a very nice getaway from Bratislava!"
