"My stay at The Insignia Hotel in Sarnia was outstanding from start to finish. One of the first things I noticed was how fresh and inviting the hotel smelled. The pleasant scents throughout the lobby, hallways, and common areas created a clean, relaxing, and luxurious atmosphere that made a wonderful first impression and remained consistent throughout my stay. The reception staff and every team member I interacted with were exceptional—warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. They truly made me feel valued as a guest from the moment I arrived. I also want to recognize the housekeeping team for their excellent work. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and refreshed to a very high standard each day. Their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness really stood out. Overall, The Insignia Hotel delivers an exceptional guest experience with outstanding service, immaculate housekeeping, and an incredibly fresh and inviting atmosphere throughout the property.
