"We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms.
At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. It is a who cares complaint unless it is 2am.
Finally, with the fantastic location comes plenty of street noise.

"Scarborough Beach Hotel is perfect for beach lovers in Narragansett. Nothing fancy. Easy walk across street to the beach; leave car at hotel and avoid parking fees. Rooms are clean and very well designed - though they may feel small at first the furniture and layout kept us comfortable throughout the day and night. Staff is friendly and helps with any request."
"The motel part of the hotel is where we stayed, no ocean view. It was clean & quiet. The free breakfast buffet was good. Bagels to toast, mini muffins, cereal, & yogurts. When I tried to book an extra night, the prices were $200 more than most of the other hotels in the area. Didn’t feel it was worth that much more."
