"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Nice, central location , but a little removed from the noisiness of the bustling downtown area, which was a plus. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude. "

"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, with easy access from the motorway and convenient on-site parking. It was also just a short walk to both Aquascope and Futuroscope, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. "We stayed here for an overnight stop during a long trip. The location is excellent, conveniently close to stores and restaurants, and parking was hassle-free. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and made both check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was comfortable and provided a good rest after a long day of travel. However, the hotel could benefit from some maintenance, and the breakfast offering could be improved in both variety and quality."

"Great location with parking on site if rebooked or public car park a few steps away. Multiple restaurants and bars outside the hotel. A lovely square and shopping 5 mins walk from the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful with directions and advice. Rooms were very comfy."
