The owner, known to all as Adam is a delightful host. We stayed in his new wing and from our room we could see parts of the lake and a view of the mountains. We were lucky to see the mountains as the had been obscured for a fortnight or more. Although the hotel faces a busy street the road beside it is quiet and leads to to the lakeside where there are many small restaurants. Adam also runs a trekking company and therefore can arrange anything from a day out visiting important sites around Pokhara to major Annapurna treks. Altogether a very well priced homely hotel.

Great Location, Friendly Staff
We enjoyed our stay! The room had simple accomodation, but it was in a great location and had a great view of the lake. The travel service was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for our trek.

Awesome spot in Lakeside
Great location in Lakeside, close to everything and great views from the rooftop terrace. Staff are all extremely helpful and great luggage storage option if you’re going on a trek.

Great location! Couldn’t be more central to shops and restaurants and close to the waterfront. The staff were beyond accommodating and solved a personal issue very quickly and professionally.

Polite and friendly staff, comfy beds, good showers, great views from the roof terrace and central location. Lighting in room was poor and due to the central location, there was a lot of noise of night. This is a great budget option convenient if you want to be out and abt in the heart of Pokhara.

Great place in LakeSide Pokhara, a very convenient location for site seeing, lakeside, eating and shopping, Hotel Staff were above and beyond for customer satisfaction. View from the rooftop is great.

Everything was perfect!! The owner, Adam's goal is for his guests be most happy. Excellent breakfast included and he comes to see us every morning to say hello and see how we're doing. All the staff are freindly and happy to see us :)

A home away from home
Very good standard hotel with an exceptional owner who made us feel very well taken care of! Bags were carried up to our room, during breakfast he shared us info about the surrounding mountains and activities in Pokhara and he exchanged us USD at market rate. All together a very exceptional service. The hotel itself if a little bit aged but he told us that he’ll start renovations soon.

Adam is actually the owner. He and his staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Any concern was addressed immediately and the viw from the terrace was so soothing. Breakfast ever day was a great start to our visit. 3 stars rating is low i think. Made better by how they treated us.

My daughter and I just finished a four day and three night stay at the Hotel Adam in Pokhara. We would recommend this property. Our rooms was simple but clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and accommodated our every request including at very late check out on our last day. Breakfast on the roof terrace was wonderful and the views of the Phewa Tal and the mountains were stunning. Convenient access to all the action of Lakeside.

Lovely staff, fantastic roof terrace with views of lake and mountains, great breakfast. Unfortunately we had booked a lake view room and it was not available when we arrived but we were given back the difference in price.

Roof-top with amazing view!
Hotel Adam is central to literally* everything in the downtown sector, crucial for those in Pokhara for only a short time. We flew in, paid about $ 3 USD by taxi from the airport. The hotel's roof-top restaurant of both the lake & Mount Fish Tail was simply spectacular -- an incredible way to start one's day. They offer abundant choices for a filling breakfast (( try the oatmeal with fruit & honey )) with the Hotel itself just footsteps from many other eating places, cafes & shopping. "Mr. Adam" & his family were additionally very helpful to orientate us as tourists; they ensured we caught the right bus on time & advised on which taxi to take to get us here & there. But, besides that, I'd be hard pressed to know which other hotel could offer a similarly amazing view of the natural surroundings -- that itself was worth every penny!

Good choice
Very comfortable hotel - plenty of hot water and good WiFi. Superb staff and good breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with great views. Some noise from the local bars but that seems to stop around 11 pm. Good location for shops and restaurants.

Nice location and good staff
We stayed recently and had a good stay. Adam was very kind and informative. He will help arrange travel and give you lots of knowledge about the area. Room was just fine and were able to walk to lake and bars to eat. Would stay again. Thanks adam!

Very nice hotel right at the heart of lakeside .
All of the staff are very nice people and most concerned that your stay will be the very best.The ladies that keep your room tidy and change your linen are lovely. The boys that cook and serve you breakfast are a delight,and breakfast is very good on the rooftop overlooking the lake. At all times management are concerned with your comfort .The travel shop at the front of the hotel offers great service ,I had a lovely stay thank you Hotel Adam I will return.

Good Place to Stay, Right at the Heart of Pokhara
Great location, near the Lakeside, plenty of great dining places nearby as the street is a tourist area. Convenient travelling agency right at the hotel to all modes of transportation and adventure sports. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. We had requested for breakfast to be prepared as early as 5am for our trekking trip to Kande, in which to our delight, the staff obliged. Cockroach found in the room, but swiftly taken care off by the staff.

My husband and I have been traveling for five months now throughout various parts of SE Asia on our honeymoon. Hotel Adam was the absolute best place we have stayed throughout all of those travels. We initially booked 2 nights with Hotel Adam and ended up staying 12 nights! Here are a few highlights: - Absolutely gorgeous rooftop view that is available from morning to night. We ate our breakfast there every morning and went up to enjoy it many afternoons, too. - The service and hospitality of Adam himself and the entire staff is particularly outstanding. On a daily basis, our questions were answered, our requests promptly responded to, and we received many offers to help (from doctor and pharmacy recommendations, to directions, to arranging taxis, buses, and so much more) - We trusted Adam entirely with our important belongings during our hike on the Annapurna Circuit. They had an organized and secure system for everything we put into their trust. - We received very helpful and detailed information for our trek. Hotel Adam's travel and trekking services is one of the most renowned for a reason. - The internet is very fast and reliable! - The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. - The breakfast included with our stay was so good! When we were on our Annapurna hike, I had dreams about returning for Hotel Adam's breakfast! - We highly, highly recommend Hotel Adam to travelers. They will make your stay smooth, comfortable, safe, and easy. We hope to stay there again!

Brilliant Location
We arrived later than expected and were met by the owner, not problems. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the restaurants, shops etc. Rooftop restaurant overlooks the lake. The owner was extremely helpful with everything! The room was spacious and the shower had hot/cold water with great pressure. The bed was comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. If we ever go back we would stay there again.

Give it a pass
No ventilation. No generator. I live in Nepal so understand load shedding, but there needs to be at the bare minimum a fan powered by battery/inverter back up. My room looked squarely onto a residential building. I didn't want to watch them going about their lives.

Very nice hotel but...
Very nice hotel, well situated and nice staff. Only very big complaint is the many and very long powercuts!! VERY annoying not to be able to charge mobile, camera and computer in your room - only possibility was in the reception... Powercuts only reason for only 3 stars out of 5

Nettes Hotel in toller Lage
Sehr süßes Hotel, tolle Dachterasse und schönes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und etwas dürftig, aber mehr kann man für das Geld nicht erwarten. Der Besitzer hat uns persönlich begrüßt und wir haben ein sehr nettes Gespräch geführt, toller Ort, Einzug die Zimmer könnten etwas weniger verwohnt sein.

Really nice stay in Pokhara
Adam the owner of the hotel is really friendly and knowlegible. The view on the roof restaurant is really a big pleasure. Although the car which we rent was different from which was told in the deal, but Adam is a considerate boss who cares for his labor, which made me calm for the next journal. And indeed, the car trip was so good to see around Nepal back to Kathmandu, the driver Bejaypur was a good man, his son as well as his brother Sachin were good company, we had a good time togethher. Recommended!!!

So, I decided not to send my driver and I sent you another similar car and similar driver. Any way, I am sorry for changing the car but it was for safer and good reason. It was better for me to send my own car but I decided safely first and money second. Thanks

Reserve con tiempo de anticipación y al llegar fui re ubicado en un hotel de menor costo y mucho mas lejos de donde estaba planeado. El precio por demasiado caro para los servicios tan austeros que ofrecen. Muy mal por parte del dueño del hotel el Sr. Adam. En este caso mi reserva fue dada a un grupo de viajeros provenientes de China, debido a esta mala experiencia no recomiendo en lo absoluto este hotel.
