"I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. The room layout is extremely poor—both the toilet and bathroom sink are squeezed into a space far too small to use comfortably. There isn’t enough room for proper handwashing or even sitting on the toilet without feeling cramped. The cleanliness standards were also unacceptable. My bed sheet had visible fluid stains, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene. Unfortunately, the issues continued in the restaurant. During both breakfast and dinner, I noticed dishes that were not washed properly and still had food residue from previous use. Given the consistent lack of cleanliness across the property, I’m genuinely surprised this hotel is still operating. For your own comfort and safety, I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel."

"The room was horrible n cramped!! Everything in the entire building is Sooo Dark n Black you can’t see anything or even find space for ur luggage. The bed is in a hole with no way around it! Worst of all there is no AC at all so you are in a sweat house room. The Worst Hotel accommodations in 3 weeks of NZ travel. Horribly uncomfortable place! Never stay there Dear Reader!!"

"Nous étions supposés avoir une chambre avec salle de bain commune dans la nouvelle section. La réception nous a plutôt assigné (sans notre demande) à une autre chambre supposément meilleure. Meilleure, car elle avait un petit lit de plus et une cuisine (que nous n’avions pas besoin). Le tapis était sale, le plancher collait. Il y avait des trous dans les mur… je suis retournée voir la réception qui m’a dit que notre vraie chambre avait été assignée à quelqu’un d’autre. Très très décevant."
