"Nice walkable location in regards to thriving retail areas and the river across the street made for a peaceful view. The shower was fantastic, the beds were comfy and the wi-fi worked well. It has a convenient bar/restaurant plus a helpful staff. Some furniture in the room were well worn, as were some of the carpets in the public areas. And to get to our room in the south tower you had to navigate a ridiculous route with multiple doors that needed to be unlocked with your room key. Overall a solid 4 out of 5."

"Was give a room above a bar that was playing live music until 3am...which it does every day 7 days a week: asked to be moved but they told me it would stop at 12. Asked at 2am when it will stop and they said it should have stopped by now. 3am it eventually stopped. After 3 hours sleep I asked to speak to the manager about it 3 times over the next few days. Was told they were 'on a break' each time. They still haven't got back to me"
