Amazing island and hotel. All top notch except the following (bare in mind it’s feedback for a 5 star so all over great stay) Do not expect the same quality especially service and food as in a relais chateau.. breakfast is great but the rest of the food (lunch and dinner) are ok but mediocre for a 5star, most fish and meat and veggies were overcooked and pretty simple, given the amazing fresh fish they could have sourced. Stayed in the hotel for total of 7 nights. Overall great hotel for meals as it is near walking distance to the outdoor malls and in the streets. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming. Howeve, I found crumbs on the table and carpet on some days. The housekeeping did not do a thorough job. Also I had some issues with deposit refunds. I have checked out on 6 Oct 2024. But I have not gotten my deposit back. Hope the management will look into this and expedite my refund.

Beautiful property. I wish there were more shuttles to the village and some tour options.

Staff and service are wonderful. Very knowledgable of the area and other info that I needed (transport, postage). A very short walk to the beach. Amenities fee for each day supplies beach neccessities (chair, towel, umbrella, bag). Breakfast is so-so (not a fan of the cold egg or powdered egg). I love the freedom to use the lounge area. Easy access to the nearby eateries (Blue Ocean, Maguro Poke Bowl). Room facilities are a bit run-down (broken cabinet door, no room slippers, overworked aircon...
