"Excellent location, clean facility and friendly and hardworking staff. Good breakfast. Air conditioner was very loud and it's very hard to sleep. If we open the windows then the outside was also loud so no good options here. Amenities weren't useful or needed, wish it was optional to pay Amenitie fee but of course it wasn't. We basically paid the fee for nothing we needed."

"The Royal Hawaiian is a nice resort with easy beach access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We had booked an ocean view room, however we were placed on the 4th floor so our view from the balcony was a bunch of palm trees blocking the ocean."

"The resort location is absolutely beautiful!! The lobby of resort shows the beauty you will get. The resort offered luau, which is an absolute must!! The pool great. With amazing views to relax. Food was great also. The only complaints are, massive complaint. The bed was like trying to sleep on a piece of plywood. Not comfortable at all. Would wake up with sore back and hips everyday. "
