"Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! "

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. "The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving.
The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."
