"I could not have asked for a better stay! Costa Hollywood is beyond a beautiful resort in such a great area. The Broadwalk is right there, with plenty of great food options. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Housecleaning came and reset our room for us mid-stay and the room was also clean when we arrived. The couch had some wear on it, but we didn’t use it much and it did not take away from how wonderful our experience was. Our room was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom without us asking, which was so kind! Mari and Jennifer were fantastic. The pool was clean and heated, and it was the best part of our stay. I would 100% stay at Costa Hollywood again. "

"We stayed in the room #1526, ocean front view and balcony were nice. Old, untidy carpet and tiles. Bath tub with rust and no shower curtain. Only handheld shower, because the shower head mount is non adjustable and installed so it’s facing the opposite wall, not down."

"Restaurant doesn’t open on day time, nowhere to buy a drink. Starbucks department doesn’t have food, closed on Sundays, prices ripped off. Our room wasn’t being cleaned. Lobby staff were lovely and very helpful. "

"AC unit was very good, as well as the ceiling fans, they kept the room pretty cold."
