"Nice place comfy beds quiet. Any issue I had was the repair guy must be on holiday, toilet paper holder held in place by one loose screw and was flopping everywhere. Bathtub plug broken and door would not latch unless you pushed or pulled really hard . Small things but they add up"

"The good….great location, breakfast staff excellent….The bad…..road between hotel and lake under construction so no simple access to lake….should have been advised of this work. Hotel charged me extra cost when leaving hotel, reception staff unable to explain charge so advised me to email operations manager….i did this got no reply or acknowledge from the manager but just a refund back to my credit card after 3 days …..not great customer service."

"The property was everything you hope it would be - the staff were fantastic and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, the reservation was exactly as requested, the amenities were plentiful, clean and well kept and complimentary breakfast buffet was better than most other places we stay - especially the coffee selection. I would recommend and not hesitate to stay again! The beach is an added bonus - very quiet and peaceful. Quick birthday trip for hubby and I to experience the local Dambo Troll art installations. Do not hesitate, it was a wonderful experience made better by the fantastic staff! - Tip them well:)"

She helped us with everything from the tv to where we might dine, with a smile and a super helpful attitude. If she was closer to my home I’d try to poach her for my business. If AmericInn could clone her they’d have the #1 spot in every market."
