"The Studio was so comfortable and cosy, the site is so quiet and relaxing . Would recommend it to everyone. There was nothing about our stay that I did not like."

"Fantastic to have such a different experience. We loved the yacht itself - and the facilities in it; the hot tub and dome were all great. While space was a little limited on board, there was plenty of space outside and around. It was a perfect starting point for lovely walks. We were very well looked after with any problems we encountered. A deeper clean and some further improvements on board would make it even better!"

"The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house. The gardens are great and the land around is all accessible along with the animals on the farm. There are a few other properties in the same location and you have a neighbour directly next door to the farm...

"Lovely tidy property, had all the mods and cons needed but the walls were a little thin and we could hear our nextdoor neighbours, And they could probably hear us. The hot tub was a selling point for us but unfortunately it wasn’t the cleanest and couldn’t use it for long. (2 evenings max). Also, the bed was a little too short for my 6ft4 husband."

Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. "The hotel looks pretty tired from outside but rooms and reception area had been updated to an excellent standard. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Only slightly negative comment is that the breakfast was served in a large ball room which lacked atmosphere. A few flower arrangements separating the tables from the large dance floor would have made the difference."

"The hotel staff were very good, the room clean & beds good. We had a good night with undisturbed sleep & a hearty breakfast. The hotel building is in need of some TLC though, threadbare/frayed stair carpets, the chair in our room needed reupholstering, paint work, woodwork & door frames particularly at suitcase height were bashed & chipped. The overall impression is good though - clean & pleasant smelling, but on closer inspection it is tired & needs refreshing."
