"O atendimento excelente as moças são super anteciosas, simpáticas, ágeis, uns amores. O que não é legal é que não tem nada de segurança no local, passou o horário de atendimento não se vê absolutamente nada, vc não pode comprar uma água depois das 22:30 pq não tem mais ninguém no local. "Trying to get there was a nightmare, I came late to the airport and paid $500 to a tax driver to take us there. We went there via Ferry, got there around 11:30, the driver left us there and we were calling on the phone and no one answered, we knocked at the door for 20 minutes and nobody responded, we ringed the bell and nothing. I was so mad because it was raining and nobody showed up to open the door. We had to pay another 500 to go back t o Salvador and got there around 5:30 am. Place looks...

"O Hotel é bem localizado. Quartos são pequenos mas confortáveis. Bom Café da Manhã. O problema é que a Piscina fica em cima dos quartos a Frente do Hotel. E quem fica no piso superior da metade do hotel até a frente. Fica escutando o Barulho da Bomba da piscina que é ligada o dia todo. É um barulho chato que fica passando a corrente da água bombeada da piscina mais o barulho do pistão da bomba. O epicentro é dos quartos 201 a 203. Mas no andar superior fica também. Se ficar bo quarto o barulho entra pelo vão do gesso e potencializa. No dia que estava desligaram a bomba só as 22.00 após eu reclamar bastante. E ligam as 07.00 da manhã novamente a bomba. O check-in foi meio confuso veio nos atender um funcionário que me informaram ser reserva, pegou nosso documento e saiu. Chegou outras atendentes. E me passaram a ficha de outro hóspede 2 vezes para assinar. Não tem ajuda com mala só se pedirem. Enfim após a reclamação nos trocaram de quarto para o piso inferior."
