Whether you choose to simply relax and enjoy your stay or explore the highlights of Lake Como—as we did with short day trips—you’ll leave with a deep sense of satisfaction.
What made our experience truly outstanding was the hotel staff. We stay at similar hotels often, but these professionals were by far the best we’ve encountered. They responded to our emails within 30 minutes and went out of their way to fulfill every request. “No” simply isn’t in their vocabulary. They organized a number of special tours for us and ensured everything ran flawlessly.
Thanks to their dedication, we had one of the most memorable vacations of our lives.

"Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. "Normal hotel like many. If you go Ski, remember to ask about the Discount Pass coz they will forget. "The hotel was very unique--very old, but well kept on the inside. Our room was very large, with a loft and cooking facilities, which were very convenient. Good place to stay on the way to Passo Stelvio, about 1 hour and 45 minutes away."
