I did not think the hotel was worth what I paid for. Pretty pricey. The staff was not very welcoming when I arrived. No smiles whenever we'd come and go. Very disappointed. Also, the room was very small. The plus side is it was close to the metro. The train is very close to the duomo and historic center.

Went on a trip to Milan to watch football at the San siro and to como over a long weekend, the rooms were cheap, clean, well maintained, air conditioned, lovely bathroom (shower took a while to drain) staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating. Trains are so close to the hotel and San siro is a short walk. 100% would go back to the hotel if/when we visit Milan again.

"Nice and close to the outlet mall, but not set up for modern use. There were very few outlets for device plug in and charging. The pillows are flat and unsupportive. The shower has a body wash bottle attached on the wall, but no shampoo bottle."

"Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 2. The hotel has good potential, but it’s very old and dated. Staff is unhelpful and restaurant is awful. Do yourself a favor and stay away."
