"We had stay one night on our way to catch flight to Poland. The frond desk arranged the Taxi to pick us up the night before. Since our flight is around 11:00am, we should be pickup by 9:00am the latest. However, by 9:15, still no car, and we were informed there is no car this morning to pick us that morning. They are very sorry about that. It leave us in the tough situation, only less than 2 hours left, we had to find Uber or anything to get us to the airport."
