"We stayed at Smart Stay Inn over the 4th of July weekend. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. We spoke with the front desk manager twice and both times they went over and beyond to assist us. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping came in each day to freshen the room up and add new towels and toiletries. The complimentary breakfast is the only negative I have with this stay. Although they replenished the trays of food, the hot food was consistently cold and not enjoyable. I ended up leaving my dish of "hot" food and opting for a bagel instead. Of course there was cold food available (bread, bagels, English muffins, cereal etc.). For this reason I rated this hotel with 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I would go back to this hotel, but be conscious of the breakfast limitations. We did not have the opportunity to use the hot tub."
