Simply excellent

The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly (and multilingual). The free wifi was fast and secured. Breakfast simple but more than sufficient. Would not hesitate to come again.

Hi, excellent property and staff. Even though it is walkable from the station but there is a steep slope in the midway so consider this in your plans. I will stay again. No concerns.

Wonderful stay at this exceptional hotel. Thoughtful room design meant that we had ample room with 2 cases: 2 small wardrobes with shelves and hanging space meant we each had some space for our belongings. Roomy, well-designed bathroom. And excellent soundproofing led to peace and quiet. Staff were helpful, friendly but never fussy - perfect! Breakfasts were excellent with a great range of local meats, cheeses and breads as well as mueslis and fresh fruit. The best hotel in our 9 weeks travel across Italy and Switzerland. Great work by all the staff. We hope to return next year.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. We want to highlight the personalized services provided by Andreas , at the front desk, his caring and attention to detail made our stay particularly pleasant. The Engadine’s award of free passes for transportation in the region is a special bonus .

Loved Pontresina - very walkable, had a great stay. This hotel is centrally located and very quaint. Staff were excellent. We arrived late, they called to check on us and offered to pick us up from the train station. Breakfast was excellent and we had a nice drink on their back patio in the evening. Overall, excellent accommodation.

到着すると私の実名を呼んで確かめてくれるなど、ホスピタリティを感じた。外出用のカギと部屋のカギが交換式でユニーク。部屋は広い。バスタブをリクエストしておいたら、実におしゃれなバスタブがあった。アメニティも豊富で清潔。無料の水も置いてくれていた。駐車場はかろうじて残り一台あって駐車できたので、余計なコストもかからずにすんだ。地下にサウナがあり、部屋からバスローブを着て、シースルーのエレベーターで地下におり、サウナ経験ができた。貴重な思い出となった。ポントレジーナのメインストリートに面しており、そぞろ歩きにも便利で満喫した。朝食もおいしかった。夕食もレストランで食べてもよかったかな。総じて大満足です。

Beautiful Pontresina!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location in Pontresina. A really nice mix of classic and modern touches here. Very helpful front desk staff. The restaurant is nice but a bit stuffy/expensive and service was not particularly friendly.
