"A lovely little hotel for our first night in Croatia. We wanted a place not too far from Zadar airport on the way to Plitvice. The hotel was perfect as it is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and furnished to a high spec though a chair would have been appreciated. We had time for a lovely walk along the river to a waterfall then enjoyed an excellent pizza and beer at the hotel overlooking the river. The drive from the hotel to Plitvice is stunning."

The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "We loved staying at camp Paklenica the mobile home was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly and wanted to make sure everything was ok for us. The beach was were we spent most of our time as it was lovely. Beautiful sunsets. We walked in the national park up the mountain beautiful scenery.

"This hotel was a total surprise. The small town of Obrovac is located in a canyon along a river. The ride to get there was very pretty and the setting of the hotel right on the river was beautiful. The place has obviously been recently renovated and it is all new and clean smelling. The hotel restaurant served excellent dishes (I had a steak and a salad and my husband had seafood risotto) and very good wine. The staff was super friendly. The town is run down but the hotel and their restaurant is a gem."
