Weekend stay

Hotel was very clean. Seems still being updated. Continental breakfast was just okay. Small room to dine in,more area near lobby to eat at. Nice location, quiet,excellent on site restaurant

It is an older property that is undergoing renovations and updates, However it was perfect for what I needed. The room was clean, had everything I needed for a short overnight stay.

Good value

Overall great stay for the value of the hotel and the park view is the absolute best. Everything worked and I had no issues about my stay. For future guests the ice maker on the main floor is the only one that dispenses ice.

We loved our stay, location, room, and atmosphere. Also, the elevator was great! Lol weve had some issues with other hotels. The only complaint we would have is breakfast. They run out of food, no breakfast meats. We also saw several people coming in off the street for meals. We went down at 9am and everything was gone. Would like to see atleast bacon.

The view was beautiful and the room was comfortable but found 2 dead roaches on floor under desk, big long split in flooring material and general cleanliness was bad. The bathroom toilet didn't work like it should and door was messed up but closed. Overall the place has an amazing location with a great view but needs to be completely rebuilt, it's old and outdated and wasting a beautiful location.

It was in a great location on the water, Tiki bar close by for food and fun. Terrible condition though! Don’t stay here if you have allergies that mold or mildew. It smelled horrible of mold in our room, the hallways are hot and smell gross , the carpets were dirty and stained. They brought a roll away bed for my son and the pillow with it was covered in mold on one end.

THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I NEVER USED EXPEDIA BEFORE FOR ANY BOOKING AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AFTER THIS DEBACLE!!!

The location was nice. We could see the water view at breakfast. Nice area to walk by the water. The staff was wonderful and our room was clean. The hotel needs a lot of updating work (old, scratched furniture, carpets etc.) No one seems to be staying across the hall with the waterfront view. We over looked the parking lot but we were not in our room much. Overall it was good for the price compared to hotels nearby.

A/C didn’t get very cold, refrigerator didn’t work, no A/C in the hallway, poorly done “breakfast” staff was rude and very unhelpful. One even brought their pets to work who kept barking. After 4 years of staying here, this was the last.
