"Wow! What a fabulous hotel! It starts with the proximity to the airport, then the buggy shuttle and the staff is so warm and friendly. They noticed right away that it was my birthday and brought me a variety of special treats to our table. We had opted for the deluxe king room and it included breakfast and evening lounge access at night. The food and service was outstanding. So happy that we chose here to stay!"

"Very nice place. Kids friendly. I was with my family. We. enjoyed a lot. The area has some issue with house flies . But the hotel management tried their best to control it via pest control measures. They also highlight this issue upfront. So choose the restaurant where you want to have your breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner wisely."

"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "

"If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. All the facilities in this resort show signs of aging but you can feel that the maintenance team has worked tirelessly to make sure all the old items still function well - and yes they do, amazingly, especially the A/C. With that being said plus the competitive pricing which includes a spacious apartment, sufficient local breakfast buffet and unbeatable sea view with the sound of the waves because the resort is really right by the beach, I think this resort can definitely serve the visitors better in the future with possible renovation that takes place little by little. "The entire property looks worn down, not at all as advertised. I’ve stayed at better hotels that cost the same. The amenities and the hotel grounds have seen better days."
