If you only need a bed for the night this is ok but there is nothing fancy about this place. Super basic but there was a towel and a bottle of water per person. That was it.

Terrible check in
This time of checking is terrible although this is not my 1st time staying here. Front desks refused to accept my online booking n ask fr a walk in rate. Due to almost midnight, i have to repaid in order to check in after arguing almot 1/2 hour. Then i have to call the Hotels.com centre asking fr assistance to resolve the matters. Got lucky the person incharge where he is abroad is soo helpful.

Front desk poor service... very slow.Need to improve their skill.
Lobby feel hot eventhough there's aircond.
Lokasi strategik dan bagus dekat dgn restaurant bànk cuma bising dgn kenderaan pada waktu mlm channel tv1tv2 tv3 tiada dan volume tv sgt perlahan(rosak).
It has good food outlet and restaurant nearby and just around the hotel area by walking distance. 24hours mini mart also available. Ample parking space with security personnel to watch out the surrounding area especially during the night. The shower is good. Relax and easy surroundings.

Not value for money, room too small.
Room is too small and facility not up to standard compare to hotel of same category.
No additional tioletory, only liquid soap is available. No fridge and the coffee set is very minimal.

I always stay here when in PD. Its perfect for me cause the price affordable. I can find many restaurants just beside the hotel. There’s a bank infront of the building. Easy for me to withdraw money. 7 eleven also available here. Last but not least it situated nearby the beach. Will recommend this to everybody.

Thank you for your comment. We already have cafe opened by out source operator and we are going to have meeting room soon. However we are unable to have pool in the hotel at this moment.

Hotel looks good ( from outside )
Check-in is slow. Reception area is warm (air con is weak). Wifi is very weak till the wee hours then able to connect. My bed sheet got blood stain and I immediately request to replace a new bed sheet. Room is also quite small for a family room. Worst case is my room without any window.

close to many facilities
need few minutes drive to beach. self service laundry easily available. eatery, sundry shop, pd 3d art is in walking distance. however the card access to our room got problem and the room is not soundproof so you can heard people walking and baby crying. overall its a nice stay.

On behalf of the hotel and our staff, we are glad to hear that you are happy with our hotel and services.
It seemed bath room not clean after each checked, table, desk are full of dust. The wifi was working when first checked in, but after a while it failed and we lived without internet connection throughout the stay.

I am sorry about the incidents. Perhaps these were due to double peak seasons. Next round when you come, we will give you 50% discount.
The room was extremely basic and not anything like what the website showed. The duvet had blood stains on it and the room was barely clean.
We booked it for 2 nights and we went out the next day, only to come back to an unmade dirty room. We actually had to inform the front desk that we wanted to have our room cleaned. According to them we were supposed to have let them know earlier and we've never been in any hotel that needs to be told to clean your room.
All we came off with our experience there is bad backs. I'm sure we'll never repeat the mistake of staying there again.

Thanks for your kind comment, our air conditioning are serviced monthly basic and cleaned every week. For room, our housekeeper will clean up the room daily basic once guest checked out. If your found any problems during your stay over here kindly inform our reception for immediate action.
I made reservation and payment online. Upon check in the female staff request my credit card when I ask for what she said I need to pay for my stay. When I told her I have already paid she said I have not paid. Luckily another female staff came and confirm that I have paid. Both staff are not friendly.
Good alternative for staying during peak season as Christmas night & school holiday. But, frankly I'm thinking limited the facility is norm for this type of hotel.
